Ruth E. Kennedy (nee Biller), 86, of Frederick, died on February 28, 2025, at Frederick Crossing nursing facility. She was born on March 30, 1938, in Harper's Ferry, to the late Mary E. Kronk (formerly Biller) and Harry Walton Biller, Sr. Ms. Kennedy graduated from Brunswick High School in 1956. She married Robert Grams, a Brunswick native and commercial artist. After their divorce, she married Thomas Kennedy, who pre-deceased her. Ms. Kennedy worked as a Unit Secretary at the Frederick Hospital for 39 years, most of that time in the Emergency Room. She developed long lasting bonds with many of her colleagues. Ms. Kennedy always enjoyed working with the elderly and served as a caretaker and companion for several local individuals after her retirement. Ms. Kennedy loved spending time with her family, especially her great grandchildren, and many friends. She enjoyed doing crosswords, playing Bingo, travel, and dining out with family and friends.
