George Raymond Henricks, 80, of Rushville, IL passed away on Monday January 27, 2025 at Bickford of Macomb, IL. He was born February, 26, 1944 in Davenport, Iowa the son of the late Vernon J. and Violet L. Siltman Henricks. He married Laurel Faye Roate on June 15, 1963 in Mt. Sterling, IL. She survives along with (2) daughters; Catina Swindall (Shea) of Wetumpka, AL and Jennifer Worthington (Chase) of Rushville, IL and (1) son Michael Henricks (Janice) of Macomb, IL, (4) grandchildren; Brooke Morris (Trey), Brenna Hicks (Blake), Drew Hogan and Aly Hogan; (4) great grandchildren; Luke Morris, Kase Hicks, Laikyn Morris, Walker Hicks; (1) brother Pete Henricks (Carol) of Eldon Mo and (1) sister, Carolyn Jones of McCalister, OK. George worked for Oscar Mayer in Beardstown, IL drove a truck for Clinard Trucking in Mt. Sterling, IL, was a cabinet maker as well as a farmer raising hogs and tending to crops.
